Nu-Tech's Policies, Terms, Conditions
& Guarantees:
Your use of Nu-Tech's services or
products is subject to this Agreement and any other terms set forth
through the nutechonline.com website, and all applicable laws within
Michigan and the United States of America. By contracting Nu-Tech's
services, you accept, without qualification or limitation the terms and
conditions specified in this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS USER
AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY Nu-Tech.
Payment Terms
Nu-Tech accepts most major credit cards, wire transfers,
checks (at our discretion), cash and a variety of financing options.
Customer understands that Nu-Tech will charge $25.00 for any bounced
check. Customer also understands that in the event of collection customer
will be responsible for all collection fees including attorney fees and
court costs.
Disputes, Legal Actions & Court Proceedings
By utilizing any service or product provided by Nu-Tech, you agree that
any dispute, legal action, mediation, court proceeding or otherwise that
is initiated by either Nu-Tech or by you the client, will ONLY take place
within Oakland County Michigan Courts or Courts located within Michigan.
You agree that you are responsible for representation of yourself or your
company and that all fees related to but not limited to any legal actions
and other expenses is the full responsibility of you the client.
Copyright Information
Any and all text, graphics, source code, and other content
on this web site are proprietary to Nu-Tech. These materials are protected
by U.S. copyright and may not be used, copied, transmitted, or reproduced
in whole or in part without the express written consent of Nu-Tech. Use of
any of Nu-Tech's text, graphics, source code, and editorial content (that

performance of products or services provide by Nu-Tech or through third
