If you are dissatisfied with any product or equipment purchased at Nu-Tech Cleaning Systems. Simply return the product within 30 days. All products and equipment must be returned in like new condition with all the original packaging, accessories, and manuals to receive a refund.

All equipment should be tested in a controlled environment before normal use.

Returns: When returning equipment and other items they must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.

Nu-Tech Cleaning Systems reserves the right to deny warranty and return claims on equipment not returned in original condition or original packaging. Return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Nu-Tech Cleaning Systems reserves the right to refuse returns and credits on items in violation of this policy.
Nu-Tech Cleaning Systems reserves the right to decline equipment and products not returned in its original condition.

Restoration products return policy: To prevent cross contamination, restoration equipment and products must be returned within 30 days of received in their original unopened packaging. During major restoration events, all sales of restoration equipment are final. This includes air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, flood extractors, meters, and other restoration items.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for all freight fees related to any return back to Nu-Tech Cleaning Systems Inc.
